EASYMFG Unveils Innovative Binder Jetting Sand 3D Printer at TCT Asia 2016

  From March 10th to 12th, 2016, the TCT Asia 3D Printing Exhibition was grandly held in Shanghai. Situated in the renowned Wuhan Optics Valley, EASYMFG made its appearance at this TCT expo, joining in the 3D printing extravaganza.

  The showcased large-scale industrial-grade 3DP printer for coated sand garnered media attention and coverage. A report by Nanjixiong, a leading news outlet in the industry, stated, "Over the past few decades, the forefront of 3D printing equipment has mostly been in the hands of foreign enterprises, leaving many domestic technological products in a blank state. However, the domestic industry has been catching up. At this expo, EASYMFG's heavy release of a large-scale industrial-grade 3DP printer for coated sand stands out. Unlike traditional SLS coated sand equipment, this device does not rely on imported lasers and mirrors. Instead, it uses adhesive spraying to bond coated sand, resulting in faster printing speeds and lower maintenance costs. The selling price of equipment with the same processing size is less than sixty percent of SLS."

  On the morning of March 12th, the new product was officially unveiled at the TCT expo, sparking strong industry interest.

  This released binder jetting sand 3d printer differs in technological processes from previous domestic coated sand 3D printers, employing powder bonding technology. It boasts inherent advantages, such as:
