Are you a factory or a trading company?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷ
We are a professional manufacturer focusing on metal 3d printers, sand 3d printers and full-color 3d printers using binder jetting technology.
How does EASYMFG binder jet process work?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷBinder jet is one of additive manufacturing technology. EASYMFG builds the parts from the bottom up. The print head moves over the build platform, depositing droplets of a binding agent onto layers of the powder, one layer at a time. Through this process, the particles are bound together to create a part.
Can you do OEM customization?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷBinder jet is one of additive manufacturing technology. EasyMFG builds the parts from the bottom up. The print head moves over the build platform, depositing droplets of a binding agent onto layers of the powder, one layer at a time. Through this process, the particles are bound together to create a part.
How long will be your delivery time?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷBinder jet is one of additive manufacturing technology. EasyMFG builds the parts from the bottom up. The print head moves over the build platform, depositing droplets of a binding agent onto layers of the powder, one layer at a time. Through this process, the particles are bound together to create a part.
How does your company handle quality control?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷQuality is the most important:
all the powders and binders we use are environmentally friendly;
skilled workers care about every detail in the production and packaging process;
quality control department is responsible for quality inspection.
How durable are 3D printed components?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷIt depends on the material choices. For stainless steel, tensile strength range from 400 to 900Mpa, with hardness levels of 20~40HRc.
What about the surface quality?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷSurface quality depends on particle sizes and shapes. Post-processing, such as polishing or coating, can enhance the surface quality.
What kind of tolerance can you meet?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷFor sand 3D printers, EASYMFG can achieve printing tolerances of ±0.2mm; for metal 3D printers, accuracies are ±0.05mm.
Can more than one part be printed simultaneously?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷYes. The software allows for as many parts as can fit within the build box, each customizable. This maximizes time and minimizes waste.
Are other materials available?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷYes. More metal powders are in the R&D process. Specific needs can be discussed, and EASYMFG will evaluate feasibility.
What about your after-sales service?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷEASYMFG has professional technical personnel offering efficient service. We react within 24 hours and troubleshoot within 72 hours. Customized training programs for installation and maintenance are provided.
What are the benefits of binder jet 3D printing for production?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷBinder jetting technology from EASYMFG offers advantages such as fast speed, low cost, flexibility in printing various powder materials, no support structures, rapid design changes, and excellent design freedom.

How does the binder jetting process work for sand 3D printing?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷ
Similar to metal 3D printing, the sand 3D printer uses a binder jetting process to build parts layer by layer by depositing a binding agent onto layers of sand.
What tolerances can be achieved with sand 3D printing?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷSand 3D printing can achieve printing tolerances of ±0.2mm.
Can different types of sand be used in the printing process?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷThe choice of sand can influence the final properties of the printed part, and EASYMFG can discuss specific needs with customers.
How does EASYMFG handle quality control for sand 3D printing?ꄶ ꄶ ꄷQuality control measures are implemented throughout production, ensuring the use of environmentally friendly materials and meticulous attention to detail.
